About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for advertiser, offer, and monetization demand across Gen’s distribution ecosystem
  • Source and onboard new advertisers, affiliate partners, and direct-response brands
  • Design distribution strategies including SmartCards and syndicated content based on advertiser KPIs
  • Monitor engagement, CTR, and CVR in collaboration with Ad Operations to optimize performance
  • Lead pricing, deal structuring, and contract negotiations for various revenue models
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and RevOps to ensure scalable and compliant deals
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide market trend feedback

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in AdTech
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven experience in performance media, ad tech, affiliate, or demand-side partnerships
  • Strong understanding of performance economics (CAC, CVR, RPM, funnel optimization)
  • Ability to interpret engagement and conversion data
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills
