About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for advertiser, offer, and monetization demand across Gen’s distribution ecosystem
- Source and onboard new advertisers, affiliate partners, and direct-response brands
- Design distribution strategies including SmartCards and syndicated content based on advertiser KPIs
- Monitor engagement, CTR, and CVR in collaboration with Ad Operations to optimize performance
- Lead pricing, deal structuring, and contract negotiations for various revenue models
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and RevOps to ensure scalable and compliant deals
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide market trend feedback
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in AdTech
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proven experience in performance media, ad tech, affiliate, or demand-side partnerships
- Strong understanding of performance economics (CAC, CVR, RPM, funnel optimization)
- Ability to interpret engagement and conversion data
- Strong consultative selling and communication skills
