Senior Sage X3 Techno-Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Perform gap analysis between the Group’s Sage X3 Finance Core Model and local subsidiary processes
• Draft functional specifications and configuration documents following a "Standard First" approach
• Manage multi-country legislation and relationships with local integrators
• Configure tools and manage end-to-end data migration using Excel, Google Sheets, and ETL tools
• Build SQL queries and generate reports via Crystal Reports and Power BI
• Oversee L4G developments and lead user training and UAT sessions
• Provide troubleshooting and hypercare support during go-live periods

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management involving Sage X3 Finance module in an international environment
• Full mastery of Sage X3 Finance configuration and technical interfaces
• Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, L4G, API, XML, and Power BI
• Experience with ETL tools like N8N and scripting (PowerShell, Apps Script)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Degree in IT (B.Tech, MCA) or Finance (MBA Finance)
