Senior Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage H&S processes and standards across all markets
• Drive the Safety Roadmap and strategic initiatives
• Bridge Legal and Field Operations to ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage the lifecycle of tools and safety gear (PPE) for Field Technicians
• Coordinate H&S training, onboarding, and annual refresher programs
• Oversee safety audits and field checks to drive measurable improvements
• Act as the central H&S point of contact for Local Teams
• Define safety metrics, incident classifications, and reporting OKRs

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Health & Safety or operational risk coordination
• Experience in multi-site or field-based operations (construction, utilities, logistics, etc.)
• Strong understanding of H&S regulations and regulatory awareness
• Experience organizing training programs and conducting audits
• Knowledge of PPE management and equipment lifecycles
• Proficiency in English (required)
• Data-driven mindset with experience using field management tools and dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 45001
• Fluency in Portuguese, French, Spanish, or Polish
