Senior Safety Advisor

Responsibilities

• Mentor site teams to strengthen safety performance across the project
• Carry out inspections, audits, and incident investigations with clear follow-up
• Support the development and rollout of safety plans, systems, and procedures
• Lead reporting, corrective actions, and Return to Work processes
• Build a positive, open safety culture through daily engagement with crews

Requirements

• Diploma in OHS and Cert IV in Training and Assessment
• Experience in a similar safety role within civil or construction environments
• Strong working knowledge of safety legislation and risk management
• Current certifications in incident investigation and first aid
• Ability to build rapport with site teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Current Driver's Licence and access to own transport
