Senior RSA Implementation Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead connector development using AFX (Aveksa Fulfillment Express) for provisioning and deprovisioning across OOTB and custom integrations.
• Design and maintain collectors for data aggregation using JDBC, LDAP, REST APIs, and flat files.
• Build complex business workflows for Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycles, access requests, and emergency access.
• Drive end-to-end application onboarding, including authoritative sources, entitlement catalogs, and risk scoring.
• Implement and manage SoD (Segregation of Duties) policies, conflict matrices, and access certification campaigns.
• Perform system operations including patching, upgrading RSA IGL components, and implementing high availability patterns.
• Deliver technical documentation including connector specifications, workflow BPM diagrams, and operational runbooks.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in RSA IGL Core (Lifecycle, Governance, Access Requests, Certifications, and AFX).
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Java, Groovy, PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Proficiency with integration protocols including REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, JDBC, and LDAP.
• Hands-on experience with directory services and cloud identity providers such as AD/LDAP, Azure AD (Entra ID), or AWS IAM.
• Experience designing and implementing complex workflow orchestration and automated provisioning logic.
