Senior Robotics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, test, and maintain robotics systems including humanoid robots, AMR, and security robotics.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical, electrical, embedded, and software components.
• Support the deployment, operation, installation, and calibration of robotics platforms.
• Develop and optimize robotics software using Python, C++, and relevant frameworks.
• Work with sensors, actuators, controllers, communication modules, and power systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, maintenance procedures, and system reports.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide support for technical operations.
• Ensure all systems are reliable, safe, and ready for commercial deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in robotics, automation, embedded systems, or mechatronics.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++.
• Strong understanding of robotics hardware and software integration.
• Experience with embedded systems, motor control, sensors, and system diagnostics.
• Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) or similar robotics frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.
• Willingness to travel for on-site deployment and technical support within Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley.
