About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and instruct the project team on daily work and planning
- Supervise 30 to 50 skilled workers and subcontractors
- Maintain contact with clients, project leaders, and environmental managers
- Monitor project progress, costs, and quality
- Ensure safety and maintain a positive atmosphere on the project site
- Proactively propose solutions for changes in execution or environment
Requirements
- MBO or HBO level, preferably in civil engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a supervisor in the GWW (earthworks/infrastructure) sector
- Knowledge of project planning, contract agreements, progress statements, and safety regulations
- Strong technical insight and clear communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and proactive under pressure
