(Senior) Road Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct the project team and subcontractors daily
• Manage the execution team consisting of 30 to 50 specialists
• Monitor project planning, quality, and safety standards
• Maintain contact with clients, project leaders, and environmental managers
• Control project progress and costs
• Proactively propose solutions for changes in execution or environment
• Maintain a positive and safe working atmosphere on-site

Requirements

• MBO or HBO level, preferably in civil engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a supervisor in the GWW (Civil Engineering) sector
• Knowledge of project planning, contract agreements, and safety regulations
• Strong technical insight and clear communication skills
• Ability to work proactively and maintain composure under pressure
