Senior Road Construction Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct the project team on daily work and planning
• Supervise 30 to 50 skilled workers and subcontractors
• Maintain contact with clients, project leaders, and environmental managers
• Monitor project progress, costs, and quality
• Ensure safety and adherence to project planning on-site
• Manage subcontractors and ensure they deliver according to agreements

Requirements

• MBO or HBO level, preferably in civil engineering
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a supervisor in the GWW (earthworks/infrastructure) sector
• Knowledge of project planning, contract agreements, and safety regulations
• Strong technical insight and clear communication skills
• Ability to maintain composure and provide proactive solutions
