Senior Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative risk assessments (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels
• Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling and budget management
• Lead and manage construction stage contract and claims management, including assessment of contractual claims
• Establish integration of the risk management function within the program and project controls teams
• Produce timely risk reports to support effective communication of threat and opportunity status
• Collaborate on supplier performance management and track improvement action plans
• Provide strategic and contractual advice on disputes and related resolution issues
• Undertake end-to-end project risk management practices across multiple projects or programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of applicable experience in risk management or construction controls
• Proven experience in construction project procurement and contract management
• Demonstrated experience working within a Program Management or Program Controls environment
• Deep expertise in risk identification, facilitation, and quantitative techniques
• Proficiency with web-based database tools such as ARM, Predict, or Tableau
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
