Senior Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish and scale end-to-end execution framework documentation and create operational playbooks for global deployment
• Lead coordination with third-party testing laboratories and provide strategic guidance on testing methodologies
• Own the remediation process from test result receipt through resolution, including rapid response to failed tests and corrective action implementation
• Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams on operational execution and framework implementation
• Establish metrics reporting frameworks, track remediation outcomes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives and projects
• Experience working with data and leveraging analytics to make decisions
• Experience with laboratory testing processes, testing methodologies, or quality control procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail, supply chain, inventory management, sourcing, or consulting
• Experience using Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma methodologies, or related performance metrics
• Background working with third-party testing laboratories or expertise in specific testing protocols (microbiological, chemical, molecular)
• Proven ability to establish governance frameworks and drive adoption of new processes across diverse stakeholder groups
