Senior Risk Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across various stages of construction projects
• Identify financial, operational, environmental, legal, and safety risks
• Use risk management tools to assess likelihood and impact
• Develop mitigation strategies including insurance and contingency planning
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to implement plans
• Monitor the risk landscape and update project risk registers
• Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management
• Use quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques like Monte Carlo simulations
• Perform cost-benefit analysis of risk management strategies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and health and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, or engineering
• Minimum 7 years of applicable experience
• Experience in construction management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
• Experience using Safran, PRA, and @risk
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the liquid and gas industry
