Senior Risk Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Support, train, and provide oversight for RCSAs, incidents, and root cause analysis
• Maximize utilization of the Group ERMF toolkit to manage risk effectively
• Provide risk insight and divisional risk profiles to Heads of Department
• Deliver consolidated reporting for 1st Line Risk Report submissions to Risk Committees
• Support business transformation programs in designing effective risk controls
• Triage and submit proposed business risk acceptances through governance
• Review, define, and execute business area KRIs
• Provide regular feedback on the maturity and risk profile of business areas
• Support the design and delivery of risk training across the business

Requirements

• Experience in a 1st line Risk role
• Experience designing effective controls within Financial Services or a regulated industry
• Understanding of the three lines of defence model
• Proficiency in documenting and reviewing RCSAs, incidents, and risk metrics
• Experience using risk management system solutions
• Experience practicing risk against an established enterprise risk management framework
• Experience in transformation programmes is preferable
