Senior Risk Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted business partner across an Operations portfolio, supporting business change and tech transformation.
• Provide oversight and training to business areas regarding RCSAs, incidents, and root cause analysis.
• Support the design and development of effective risk controls to assist wider business transformation programs.
• Utilize the Group ERMF toolkit to manage risk effectively, consistently, and transparently.
• Provide risk insight and divisional risk profiles to Heads of Department to support risk-based prioritization.
• Deliver consolidated reporting for 1st Line Risk submissions to Risk Committees.
• Review and define business area KRIs to provide early indication of risk exposure.
• Support the design and delivery of risk training across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a 1st line Risk role.
• Background in Financial Services or a similar regulated industry.
• Experience designing effective controls for regulated processes.
• Strong knowledge of the Three Lines of Defence model.
• Experience working within an established Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF).
• Proficiency in using risk management system solutions.
• Ability to document and review RCSAs, incidents, and risk metrics effectively.

• Experience working within large-scale business transformation programs.
• A passion for stakeholder collaboration and relationship building.
