Senior Risk Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead risk analytics initiatives, including data aggregation, forecasting, and reporting models
• Manage daily P&L production and controls for equity trading businesses, ensuring accurate reconciliations to the general ledger
• Investigate P&L breaks and identify root causes across market data, models, and systems
• Support month-end closing processes, including balance sheet substantiation and control checklists
• Partner with Front Office, Middle Office, and Risk teams to resolve modeling and production issues
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance data quality and control efficiency
• Prepare management reporting and detailed commentary regarding risk and P&L drivers

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Risk Analytics or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI
• Strong understanding of Structured Products and various risk measures
• Experience with data reconciliation, model documentation, and policy governance

Preferred Qualifications

• CA, CFA, FRM, or an advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• Deep experience supporting Trading and Structured Products businesses
• Proven ability to lead projects, mentor staff, and manage stakeholder engagement
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
