Senior Right of Way Specialist

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with landowners and stakeholders to resolve disputes and avoid legal action.
• Manage encroachments near company assets to protect them from damage and ensure all rights are preserved.
• Interpret agreements and easements, enforce restrictions, and grant encroachment variances.
• Negotiate and secure pipeline rights-of-way, surface leases, easements, and permits to support project scopes.
• Negotiate and issue damage payments with stakeholders.
• Support Community Relations and act as a contact for compensation and claims handling during emergency response efforts.
• Provide consultative advice for developing Public Awareness information, policies, and programs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Five (5) years of related pipeline or Right of Way (ROW) experience, such as contract land agent, in-house ROW, pipeline operations, or title research.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
