Senior RF/Analog Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and simulate analog and RF integrated circuits, including amplifiers, mixers, PLLs, ADCs, DACs, and bias/reference circuits
• Optimize circuits for power, area, and performance trade-offs across PVT variations
• Collaborate with optics, simulation, and PCB teams to define architecture and block-level specifications
• Work with layout engineers to guide floor-planning and minimize parasitic effects
• Support post-silicon validation and bring-up, including test planning and lab measurement analysis

Requirements

• Deep physical intuition of analog electronics and voltage/current conversion
• Experience designing high-precision analog systems for signal processing or power electronics
• Extensive experience in IC design and post-layout methodology using Cadence Virtuoso
• Proficiency in mixed-signal circuit design (DACs, ADCs) at low and high frequencies
• Strong understanding of signal integrity, crosstalk, and noise reduction in high-frequency RF systems
• Advanced node experience (<28nm)
• Proficient English; French is a plus
