Senior RF Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and testing of RF and microwave systems architecture, including antenna design, frequency synthesizers, transmitters, receivers, and SATCOM.
• Lead the development and validation of requirements, Concepts of Operations, and system integration within an R&D environment.
• Direct and coordinate the work of engineers and technical personnel in compiling engineering data, testing models, and designing component circuits.
• Prepare technical plans, process specifications, studies, and test procedures to meet design objectives.
• Evaluate engineering progress and findings to ensure technical adequacy and conformance with established standards.
• Establish project requirements based on the analysis of operational objectives and relationship with associated programs.
• Maintain liaison with other engineering and scientific organizations to stay abreast of developments in allied fields.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or applied science.
• Minimum of 13 years of experience related to Radio Frequency (RF) systems.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
