Senior RF Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-ready RF radio modules from concept through validation and manufacturing transfer
• Translate product requirements into RF architectures including schematic design, RF front-end development, and PCB implementation
• Lead end-to-end RF design execution including RF circuitry, analog components, power supplies, and system interfaces
• Perform RF simulations and front-end analysis to validate design decisions
• Plan and execute RF and system-level validation testing
• Prepare technical documentation including schematics, design rationale, and test results
• Coordinate design reviews with RF, PCB, mechanical, and product engineering teams
• Support development of next-generation wireless technologies including Wi-Fi, BLE, GPS, and high-power RF amplification

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field
• Significant experience designing RF hardware for wireless communication systems
• Strong expertise in RF circuit design, front-end architectures, and radio system integration
• Experience with RF simulation, testing, and performance validation methodologies
• Familiarity with high-frequency PCB design and RF layout considerations
• Experience supporting product development from prototype through production
