Senior Rewards Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex rewards program projects from vision through to end-to-end delivery.
• Establish project governance structures, including steering committees and working groups.
• Develop and maintain consolidated project plans, tracking milestones, timelines, and interdependencies.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, delivery teams, and external vendors.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID) across business and technical workstreams.
• Provide regular consolidated reporting and RAG status updates to senior leadership.
• Oversee contracting and engagement with external service providers and vendors.
• Ensure alignment across business, technology, compliance, and operations stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven end-to-end project management experience of large, multi-workstream initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in rewards environments, including rewards model design and program optimization.
• Deep understanding of the rewards program lifecycle, including rule changes and partnership strategies.
• Strong practical application of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid).
• Extensive experience in project governance, planning, and execution management.
• Expert-level stakeholder management skills at the senior and executive levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools, dashboards, and consolidated reporting systems.
• Ability to manage complex RAID logs and mitigation plans across multiple teams.
