Senior Rewards Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advisory in the design and transformation of compensation models and salary structures.
• Analyze organizational models, job structures, compensation systems, and talent programs.
• Design consulting solutions for job classification, job evaluation, and salary structure design.
• Conduct pay equity audits, salary transparency reviews, and benchmarking for key groups.
• Develop short-term and long-term incentive systems and market trend studies.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring technical quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Supervise and review the work of junior profiles, providing technical feedback and development support.
• Assist in business development, preparing commercial proposals and new methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Business (ADE), Psychology, Engineering, Labor Relations, or a similar field.
• Master's degree or specialized training in Human Resources, Compensation, or Organization.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation functions or HR consulting.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Proven experience in managing compensation projects and direct client exposure.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex information.
