About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and implementation of compensation and benefit initiatives.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises across multiple functions and locations to maintain market competitiveness and equitable pay.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver annual budget exercises and manage salary review cycles.
- Drive high-impact reward projects and build scalable frameworks to support global growth.
- Act as a point of contact for market pricing, role evaluations, and compensation analysis.
- Monitor competitive reward trends and make recommendations to ensure best practices.
- Develop communications to educate leaders and employees about reward programmes.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in compensation benchmarking using multiple external data sources and survey tools.
- Strong understanding of broad reward topics, including benefits and stock.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex reward projects from scoping to delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel to craft narratives from large data sets.
