Agentio enables marketers to buy creator-led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads by automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement. Backed by Benchmark and Forerunner, Agentio is building the infrastructure to transform the $800B digital ad ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own creator-side operations and supply health, including sourcing, onboarding, and activation metrics
- Manage the GTM tech stack with HubSpot as the system of record
- Drive data integrity across the sales funnel and build recurring reporting dashboards
- Partner with Finance to manage the revenue cycle, including billing and collections
- Optimize outreach and sequence workflows through automation and tooling support
Requirements
- 3–5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM Ops at a high-growth B2B or marketplace company
- Deep HubSpot or Salesforce expertise with ability to build and debug
- High proficiency in data analysis and visualization using Google Sheets and Excel
- Experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Clay) for automation
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to work onsite five days per week in NYC
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing pipeline health, revenue trends, and conversion dynamics
- Experience working within a consumption-based business model
