Senior Revenue & Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze revenue across all streams, including sales, renewals, partners, professional services, and consulting
• Own revenue-related dashboards in Power BI, aggregating data from Sales, Partners, Customer Support, and Consulting
• Prepare Monthly Management Packs for executives and shareholders, including performance vs. plan, trends, and forecasts
• Partner with internal managers to identify revenue leakage, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
• Establish clear revenue KPIs and accountability frameworks across departments
• Translate complex data into clear narratives to support planning, forecasting, and strategic growth initiatives
• Track success and ruleset team metrics, including renewal rates, churn prevention, and rules development

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, rev ops, business operations, or a similar role within a SaaS or technology company
• Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models, KPIs, and performance drivers
• Proficiency with CRM and analytics platforms (experience with Salesforce and Power BI is a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data, systems, and strategy
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer-facing, and operational teams
• Ability to operate in a high-growth, fast-changing environment with minimal bureaucracy
• A passion for leveraging AI to improve processes and outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in legal tech, professional services, or Microsoft-centric SaaS environments
• Familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and board-level reporting
