Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end revenue operations across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Work closely with compliance teams to build and implement global and regional policies for customer onboarding and monitoring
• Develop forecasting, pipeline management, and executive reporting frameworks
• Partner with the CRM team to improve and automate lead management, opportunity management, and customer lifecycle workflows
• Support territory planning, quota design, and capacity modeling
• Partner with Finance, Product, Data, and GTM leaders on strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with L&D to implement onboarding and training plans for sales teams
• Work with the product team on new product launches to equip sales teams with necessary training and materials

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles
• Experience supporting global B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or technology organizations
• Strong CRM expertise (Salesforce and/or HubSpot)
• Advanced analytics and reporting skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Tier 1 management consulting experience
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or cross-border commerce
• Experience working with global distributed teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Gong, Apollo, or N8N
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization
• Experience building AI agents for commercial use cases like lead generation or follow-ups
