About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the operating rhythm of a high-growth sales organization, including QBRs, planning cycles, and leadership offsites.
- Lead annual planning processes from the ground up in partnership with sales leadership.
- Perform strategic diagnostics to surface leading indicators, structural risks, and pipeline dynamics.
- Design and implement AI-native workflows to automate manual tasks and increase operational efficiency.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and defending strategic viewpoints.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or a Chief of Staff role within a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven experience partnering directly with VP-level or above sales leadership.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and at least one analytics or BI platform.
- Hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered automation and AI-native tools in a GTM context.
- Ability to work onsite in New York City.

- Experience navigating high-growth environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable executive summaries.
