Responsibilities
- Own the GTM data layer, including analytics for top-of-funnel metrics, pipeline health, and CS/GRR reporting.
- Build the operational backbone for the Customer Experience team through playbooks, automations, and workflows.
- Manage the GTM tech stack, specifically HubSpot, Vitally, Apollo, Chili Piper, Gong, Ortto, Zapier, and Calendly.
- Manage the lead lifecycle, including lead scoring, routing, and conversion optimization.
- Develop and improve automation and AI workflows to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or a related role at a scaling software company.
- Deep experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows using tools like Zapier or Claude.
- Strong GTM analytics and attribution skills.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives.
- High agency and a strategic mindset.
- Real AI fluency and experience using AI tools for productivity.
