Senior Revenue Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business and operational partner to the VP of Commercial Expansion to translate goals into operating plans
• Identify business challenges and opportunities through data analysis and process reviews
• Lead operational cadences including pipeline inspection and forecast calls
• Ensure post-sales systems and tools meet organizational needs by providing design requirements
• Identify opportunities to utilize AI and LLMs to drive revenue and reduce churn
• Partner with Marketing, Analytics, GTM Enablement, Product, and Finance leaders
• Act as an escalation point for operational blockers such as territory disputes and process gaps

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM operations
• At least 2 years supporting a post-sales, renewal, or expansion motion
• Experience supporting a commercial or mid-market SaaS organization
• Fluency in SaaS expansion and retention metrics (NRR, GDR, churn, etc.)
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight (or equivalent), and Looker or Tableau
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Sheets and SQL proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a consumption-based business model
• Experience using product usage data to inform churn risk and expansion prioritization
• SQL experience
