Senior Revenue Operations Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Facilitate meetings to understand business pain points and communicate decisions with clear objectives
• Partner with business process experts to write requirements and create process flows
• Conduct gap analysis to provide recommendations and process improvements through system automation
• Lead system-related projects tied to Sales Enablement technology
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Provide functional, technical, and system design documentation and support Salesforce testing
• Develop reports and dashboards and audit data integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience including configuration, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Required Salesforce certifications
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-growth environments
• Advanced Salesforce experience (Flow, automation, integrations, or CPQ)
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams
• Familiarity with BI or data tools such as SQL or Tableau
• Experience leading system implementations or transformation initiatives
