Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Improve sales processes by designing cleaner workflows, automations, and playbooks in HubSpot.
• Manage the quote-to-cash cycle, including generating quotes, order forms, and contracts for new business and renewals.
• Oversee subscription management, including upgrades, downgrades, add-ons, and cancellations.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene by standardizing records, enforcing stage definitions, and setting up automated validation.
• Support pricing and approval workflows, routing non-standard deals for review.
• Administer the revenue tech stack, including HubSpot and Gong, and maintain documented SOPs.
• Partner with sales leadership to build enablement assets and training materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or a related analytical role.
• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, including building reports, dashboards, and configuring workflows.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, and expansion.
• Proven experience with quote-to-cash mechanics, including quotes, contracts, or order management.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining clean, reliable data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn data analysis into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with tools such as DocuSign, QuotaPath, Gong, or Clay.
