Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own all phases of GTM data quality projects from planning through execution
• Define and maintain data quality rules, standards, metrics, and processes
• Build Data Quality dashboards to measure and report on data quality
• Lead the integration and maintenance of 3rd party data sources into the CRM
• Investigate root causes of recurring issues and implement scalable solutions
• Lead the design and operationalization of GTM territories in partnership with Sales Strategy
• Maintain centralized documentation of territory logic and account assignment workflows
• Build tools to monitor territory coverage and rep capacity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 3+ years in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Operations
• 3+ years managing 3rd party data vendors or providers
• Experience owning 3rd party data integrations into a CRM
• 2-3+ years of experience developing complex SQL (must pass live SQL assessment)
• 3+ years interfacing with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• 3+ years of end-to-end project management experience
• Experience solving data quality problems specifically within Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or BigQuery
• Experience with territory data management
• Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth software companies
• Prior exposure to 3rd party data strategy for global user bases
• Familiarity with JIRA or ServiceNow
