Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting across the marketing-to-sales funnel, including leading indicators, in-process metrics, and lagging outcomes
• Build and maintain dashboards in Mode, Hex, and Amplitude for real-time performance tracking
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on conversion rates, agent performance, and campaign effectiveness
• Design and evaluate A/B experiments across outreach cadences and agent workflows
• Partner with Sales and Finance on compensation plans and headcount modeling
• Leverage AI tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Gemini to automate workflows and accelerate analysis

Requirements

• 4+ years in Data Analytics, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role
• Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Mode, Amplitude, Hex, or similar tools
• Ability to work onsite in Bangalore during night shift hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST)
• Strong English communication skills
• High attention to data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience in insurance, fintech, or licensed sales environments
• Exposure to compensation modeling or quota design
• Familiarity with sales tech stack tools like Regal or Balto
