Senior Revenue Management and Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution implementations as a Subject Matter Expert, from business process workshops through production transition
• Facilitate onsite customer sessions to capture workflows, needs, and decision-making processes
• Train airline users on application UI and underlying business processes to ensure effective tool adoption
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and identify opportunities for automation
• Own delivery outcomes by ensuring milestones and client expectations are met in line with contractual commitments
• Partner with project managers, account teams, and technical resources to resolve post-go-live issues
• Run data validation and quality checks to ensure solution accuracy and reliability
• Coach and mentor new business analysts on delivery approaches and operating processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, or a closely related area
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex datasets
• Knowledge of database concepts and experience with data analytics
• Willingness to travel to customer sites approximately 20–30% of the time
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep airline domain knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience
• Hands-on experience with fares, pricing, or revenue management products
• Proficiency in R, SQL, Python, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio
• Experience with tools such as SQL Developer, MongoDB, or Studio 3T
