Senior Revenue Enablement Program Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead enablement programs end-to-end, from needs discovery and design through delivery, reinforcement, and iteration
• Design and deliver training content, certifications, sales toolkits, and resources for SDRs, AEs, and other sales roles
• Translate the sales process, buyer journey, and market dynamics into practical, role-relevant learning journeys
• Pilot and scale new learning experiences and formats to expand reach and improve engagement
• Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to create internal training content that simplifies complex concepts
• Use data and stakeholder input to prioritize content and improve training effectiveness
• Facilitate training sessions and provide regular updates on progress, adoption, and program impact

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in an enablement or program management role
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Sales Engagement, and Conversation Intelligence platforms
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver sales training using instructional design and training technologies
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to operate in an agile environment
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to drive initiatives and outcomes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex product and tech concepts
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with keen attention to detail
