Senior Revenue Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close activities for global revenue recognition and commissions accounting
• Partner with the Senior Director of Revenue Accounting Operations to surface operational insights and risks
• Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, and Legal to review customer agreement structures and evaluate revenue recognition impact
• Prepare technical accounting policy memos for complex revenue topics such as variable consideration and SSP
• Lead initiatives to deploy automation across revenue accounting and quote-to-cash workflows
• Develop and maintain operational revenue accounting procedures and documentation
• Manage the external audit for revenue and commissions accounting matters
• Provide coaching and development to senior revenue accountants

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and experience with complex customer arrangements
• Experience in high-growth environments with evolving systems
• Proficiency with MS Office, NetSuite, and/or other revenue recognition systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
