Senior Revenue Accountant

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end global revenue accounting close processes
• Own specific revenue accounting areas and ensure timely close deliverables
• Perform end-to-end close activities for deferred revenue and reserves/allowance
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
• Ensure adherence to US GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation
• Perform detailed variance, fluctuation, and ad hoc financial analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Credit & Collections, Deal Desk, and FP&A
• Identify process efficiencies and support ongoing improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting or public company industry experience
• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting principles
• Experience with SOX controls and audit processes
• Proficiency in Excel (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE)
• Experience with an ERP system, preferably Oracle Cloud
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent certification
• Revenue Accounting (ASC 606) experience
• Knowledge of GL operational accounting
