Senior Revenue Accountant

Responsibilities

• Record, monitor, and report trade revenue accruals and customer invoicing processes to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
• Oversee complex 3rd party tenant billings and ensure end-to-end revenue processes follow strong governance.
• Provide technical expertise for the recording and communication of trade customer revenue in compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor customer payment timeliness and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues impacting cash collection.
• Perform margin, variance, and trend analysis related to trade revenue and communicate insights to management.
• Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and quarterly estimate activities.
• Act as a mentor for team members, providing guidance and technical knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience.
• Legal ability to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Proficiency with data and reporting tools such as Power BI, Power Query, or Access.
