Senior Revenue Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial lifecycle of large-scale data center construction projects
• Review General Contractor pay applications and track budget vs. actuals
• Apply US GAAP guidance including ASC 360, ASC 835, and ASC 606
• Streamline Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report lifecycles for capital projects
• Review GMP and Development Management agreements for accounting implications
• Partner with Construction, Engineering, and Procurement teams on project spend and cash flow
• Execute month-end close tasks including CIP accruals and depreciation recording
• Prepare audit documentation for fixed assets and construction activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification required
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Solid working knowledge of US GAAP for construction and capital projects
• Strong contract review skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Public accounting experience
• Experience with Sage Intacct, Procore, or equivalent ERP systems
• Experience in the data center construction industry
• Advanced technical writing skills for accounting memos
• Experience with automated fixed asset tracking systems
