Senior Retoucher

Responsibilities

• Manage image editing processes for both Production and Creative content
• Implement efficient post-production workflow solutions
• Perform daily retouching for high-priority products and creative assets
• Provide technical support and advice to photographers regarding lighting and settings
• Monitor KPIs including turnaround times and outsourced costs
• Train the Image Coordinator to increase in-house retouching capacity
• Monitor quality and consistency across in-house and outsourced work
• Support image uploads to the site

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of image retouching experience in the fashion industry
• Clear understanding of ecommerce processes and retouching techniques
• People management experience
• Strong understanding of asset and file management
• Experience in budgeting and reporting
