About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve targets and maximize store revenue
- Plan weekly and monthly offline sales campaigns in alignment with Marketing and Procurement
- Oversee financial and sales performance of stores
- Maintain optimal store presentation through visual merchandising
- Lead hiring, training, and scheduling for full-time and part-time staff
- Manage customer service touchpoints including cashiering and event support
- Manage relationships with sellers, including negotiating offers and resolving disputes
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in sales operations or retail management
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing store performance
- Experience in a multi-store or multi-location retail environment preferred
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and trends
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel between store locations as needed
- Flexibility to work during store openings, events, and peak periods
