About the role
Responsibilities
- Secure new and expanding business opportunities in the retail sector through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying solutions and opportunities for various service lines.
- Collaborate with Leasing, Investment Sales, and Equity Placement/Debt Financing teams to foster cross-product partnerships.
- Maintain company databases and CRM systems to track prospects and business opportunities.
- Participate in local business and industry events to stay engaged with the Puget Sound marketplace.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial real estate sales experience, including phone and in-person canvassing.
- Active Washington State Real Estate License.
- Strong knowledge of lease structures, including NNN, modified gross, and full-service leases.
- Proficiency with CRM programs and excellent organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of market cycles and the ability to develop short and long-term strategies.
