Senior Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, owning service quality and the overall guest experience
• Uphold and maintain brand standards consistently across the operation
• Provide a strong, warm front-of-house presence and a host-led welcome for every guest
• Build guest and community relationships and plan and execute brand activations and events
• Drive commercial KPIs including covers, revenue, and cost lines
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of junior managers
• Partner with ownership on strategy, performance and standards

Requirements

• Proven restaurant management experience in premium casual or premium dining
• Experience operating within a franchise or multi-unit, brand-standards environment
• Strong front-of-house presence and engaging hospitality personality
• Demonstrable track record of managing KPIs and building a business
• Fluent English
• Hospitality degree is advantageous
• Must hold the right to work in South Africa
