Senior Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant functions during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor hourly team members to ensure Gold Standard service
• Oversee food and beverage quality, safety, sanitation, and inventory levels
• Manage guest relations and execute guest recovery to ensure a "WOW" experience
• Conduct daily briefings, manage maintenance issues, and ensure compliance with company policies
• Drive local restaurant marketing, sales building, and community involvement

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and writing skills
• Proven ability to motivate team members and manage performance in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours to supervise operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and stooping
• High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
