Senior Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant functions during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts
• Hire, supervise, coach, and mentor hourly team members to ensure high performance
• Ensure a "Gold Standard" guest experience through effective service execution and guest recovery
• Oversee food and beverage quality, safety, sanitation, and inventory management
• Execute operational duties including daily briefings, maintenance management, and local marketing
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, laws, and risk review audits

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours to supervise operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and stooping
