Senior Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant functions during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts
• Hire, supervise, and train team members to ensure a "Gold Standard" guest experience
• Oversee food and beverage execution, including safety, sanitation, and quality monitoring
• Conduct weekly inventories and manage food and beverage ordering
• Handle guest relations and guest recovery to ensure high satisfaction
• Execute operational duties including daily briefings, maintenance management, and local marketing
• Coach, mentor, and discipline hourly team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Proven ability to motivate team members and work effectively within a management team
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours to supervise operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and raise arms above head on occasion
