Senior Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant functions during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts
• Oversee hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring of team members
• Ensure a "Gold Standard" guest experience through effective service execution and guest recovery
• Monitor food and beverage quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• Manage operational tasks including inventory, ordering, and maintenance issues
• Drive local restaurant marketing, sales building, and community involvement
• Ensure 100% compliance with all company policies and legal regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and writing skills
• Proven ability to motivate team members and manage performance
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours to supervise operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
