Senior Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant functions during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts
• Hire, supervise, coach, and mentor hourly team members to ensure high performance
• Ensure a "Gold Standard" guest experience and manage guest relations and recovery
• Monitor food and beverage quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• Conduct weekly inventories, manage food/beverage orders, and monitor prep production
• Oversee restaurant maintenance, risk reviews, and local marketing efforts
• Ensure 100% compliance with all company policies and legal regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours to supervise operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and raise arms above head on occasion
