Senior Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant functions during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts
• Hire, supervise, and train team members to ensure a Gold Standard guest experience
• Oversee food and beverage execution, including quality monitoring and inventory management
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Conduct daily briefings and manage local restaurant marketing and community involvement
• Coach, mentor, and manage performance for hourly team members
• Handle guest relations and guest recovery to maintain high service standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and writing skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams and manage performance in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours to supervise operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and raise arms above head on occasion
