Senior Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant functions during opening, mid-day, or closing shifts
• Hire, supervise, coach, and mentor hourly team members to ensure high performance
• Ensure a "Gold Standard" guest experience and manage guest relations and recovery
• Monitor food and beverage quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• Oversee operational execution, including maintenance, inventory, and local marketing
• Conduct daily briefings and manage restaurant risk and compliance audits

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service, high-volume, casual dining restaurant management experience
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hours to supervise operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Proven ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
