Senior Researcher

Responsibilities

• Localize and execute complex research initiatives for machine learning, sensor validation, and product development programs.
• Collaborate with the WHOOP Labs Boston team to ensure methodological consistency across global sites.
• Support the localization of research protocols, including adjustments to activities, session structures, or samples.
• Own research initiatives to address region-specific questions and remote global studies.
• Develop and maintain clear project plans, workflows, and timelines using project management tools.
• Coordinate with Recruitment and Lab Management teams to ensure successful end-to-end study delivery.
• Provide a best-in-class experience and customer service to all research participants and visitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in physiology, biotech, exercise science, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of research experience in exercise, performance, or health environments.
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Jira.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to communicate effectively with local participants in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening hours at least two days per week.
• Must currently reside in Doha, Qatar.
